Croudace Homes

Titnore Way, Worthing

Welcome to the Titnore Way consultation

This website has been created by Croudace Homes to share information about emerging proposals for new homes on land at Titnore Way, Worthing, and to give local residents and stakeholders the opportunity to find out more and share their views.

The site at Titnore Way is a 14.3-acre brownfield parcel allocated for residential development in Worthing Borough Council’s adopted Local Plan. Croudace Homes has been working with the council and a team of technical consultants to develop proposals that respond positively to the site’s context and deliver meaningful community benefit, including a significant proportion of affordable homes for local people.

We are at an early stage. Nothing is finalised and your feedback will directly inform the proposals before any planning application is submitted to Worthing Borough Council.
